This project was a Interior painting of a home in Lexington, KY. It is a 1700 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The homeowners bought this home for a close relative and wanted to spruce it up prior to move in. Linwood Sands with an eg-shel finish was the color choice for the entire house. We used Extra White with a semi-gloss finish for all trim and doors in the home. There were multiple drywall repairs needed throughout the home ranging from nail holes, outlet boxes that were no longer in use and botched drywall repairs from the previous homeowner. All completed on time and within budget!
