For this project our client wanted to spruce up their workshop/garage with some interior painting. The area needed some TLC before our painting contractors could begin the painting process. Minor holes on the walls needed to be patched, the ceiling needed to be deglossed since we were transitioning from an eg-shel finish to a flat finish. The ceiling joist and support had a few rust spots that needed to be spot primed prior to painting as well. The color scheme used in this project was chosen exclusively by the homeowner and turned out to be a personal favorite of our painters. We chose SuperPaint exterior paint from Sherwin-Williams for its excellent color retention over time. It's also 100% acrylic which offers top shelf durability against the temperature changes that will occur in the garage. The upper portion of the wall was painted in White Duck (SW7010) which is a beautiful off white color. The two dark green stripes were painted in Olive Grove (SW7734). The larger, lighter green portion is Koi Pond (SW7727). All wall colors had a satin finish. The ceilings were also painted using SuperPaint extra white with a flat finish. The ceiling joist and support were painted using Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic Coating which is a industrial grade product specifically formulated for metal structures, this offered the ultimate durability to withstand the test of time. All of this tied together to make a one of a kind project!
